ACS Xtraspace gave our clients in Harlow a usable conservatory after years of having space that was too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter.  Tracey was over the moon with the results, now having cosy extra space that she can use the whole year.

ACS Xtraspace created extra space for Douglas & his family by extending his house on top of an existing garage to give him 2 extra bedrooms and a large bathroom and building extra space for a larger kitchen and dining area.

ACS Xtraspace has worked with our client to design and build 1 master suite and bathroom in the loft area of their family home. This project included working on a “non-standard” house type so additional calculations were required to ensure structural integrity was maintained. The client had been let down in the past with other builders so building a strong relationship with the team was of the utmost importance to her.

To convert existing loft space into an L shape dormer with 1 large bedroom & 1 bathroom, with a shower & a bath.  The loft was extended using a full-length dormer to the rear of the house and a dormer above the rear addition which then becomes an L-shaped dormer.  The bedroom was fitted with double-glazed French Doors with a glass Juliet balcony.

To convert the existing loft space into a liveable space with 2 bedrooms and a shower room, converting the roof from a hip to a gable end.  In the master bedroom a set of French Doors, with a glass Juliet balcony was installed.

ACSXTRASPACE latest project in Chelmsford to convert an existing loft space into a liveable space with 1 bedroom 1 study and a bathroom . This will consist of a double dormer extension.With a new boiler. The project took about 7 weeks to complete and we used a new system for the roof which was the alwitra system which is a single ply waterproofing membrane system which gives a modern look when finished with standing seams this also comes with a 25 year guarantee.
